During a reiki and self-compassion healing session you can expect: (90mins)
Beginning - A friendly and welcoming space to learn about what Reiki is and is not. Together, we will explore where you get stuck when it comes to self-compassion.
Middle - I will take you through a guided self-compassion meditation practice designed to your unique personal experience. This will help you to maximise your ability to stay open and receive the Reiki healing.
Using Reiki practices, I will encourage the flow of energy and support the body’s natural ability to restore. You will either sit or lay down in a comfortable position.
End - we will take time to feedback and plan together how you can build on your experience going forward. You will learn about the inner qualities of compassion and identify the areas you wish to more intentionally practice in your daily life. You will be emailed a copy of the inner qualities of compassion handout for continued ease and practice.
Many people experience a deep sense of calm, relaxation, peace and emotional release during a session.
