Ancient Resilience. Endless Compassion. Your Renewal.

I charge for my expertise, but my care is genuine. I believe everyone deserves a happy, meaningful life, unique to them. My role is to help you overcome what’s holding you back. I listen, support, and guide you through contemporary evidence-based psychological therapy to heal and grow. Your happiness and dán (gifts) matter, and I’m proud of the work we do together—my client testimonials reflect this.

Originally from Donegal in the West of Ireland, I studied and lived in London for many years before relocating to Norfolk for a slow and intentional life with my artist husband Jonathan. After many years navigating a busy career, I am enjoying this chapter, sharing my wealth of expertise and gifts to the world in new meaningful and exciting ways. Making a helpful impact in others lives and being connected to nature sustains me. I’ve always loved evidence base science and also value the unseen. The older I get, the more I appreciate energy in the flow and beauty of life. Above all, being a mum expands my learning everyday. My young daughter is my biggest teacher.

In my lineage, again is a sacred word. On my mum's side, the Haughey family motto, Iterum iterumque (again and again.), isn't just about repetition. It’s about the visionary courage to begin again and again, to persist on the path of renewal - no matter how many times the terrain changes.

But a path needs a place to rest. That is where my dad's side of the family, the McClafferty heart of service meets the journey. It is the ancient Irish ideal of Flaithiúlacht - a generosity of spirit - that provides high-quality, compassionate care to every soul. In my practice, we compassionately honour the "again."

✨ Again to healing.

✨ Again to hope.

✨ Again to a life well-lived.

I’m so grateful for the rich diversity to my work to date. I absolutely love my clinical practice as a therapist and I also value energetic wellness practices to maintain better health. Iterum & Grá facilitates a space for both and supports a holistic perspective to wellness for the greater good.

My mother introduced me to spiritual and energy healing practices growing up. I enjoyed many childhood days exploring the beautiful grounds of the Franciscan Friary and visiting psychic mediums and healers. If someone had a bad sprained ankle, or the like, someone always had the name and number of who to call for a healing. These practices are still very much alive today. As I have gotten older, I really see the value in these offerings. My own journey within various mindfulness and meditation traditions over the years, have awakened my skills and practices.

Embracing life as an extension of human compassion, freedom, and meaningful inspiration, enriches not only your journey but also the lives of those around you. Authenticity becomes the foundation upon which genuine connections and understanding are built. Opening honest conversations about life, death, and spirituality allows us to face these universal experiences with courage and grace, fostering deeper empathy and collective growth. In doing so, we create space for healing and a more compassionate world, where the true essence of our shared humanity is honoured.
